For my first time running in 3 weeks, this is pretty darn good! I’m not feel too terrible afterwards either. I was a little out of breath towards the end, but overall, this was a good solid run for me. I made sure to stretch well, and the weather is (sadly) turning cooler, so I had good running weather.
Hopefully I’m not racked with pain tomorrow though. Usually I’m OK the first few hours after a run. It’s the NEXT day that the pain really sets in!
