		<description>Day-yum!! 3.3 miles in 35 minutes! For the first time in 3 years?!? Man, you jumped to the head of the class!

It took me awhile to get up to a 10 minute mile. As you can see, it's taking me awhile to get BACK to a 10 minute mile. Contratulations bro!!

Don't worry about feeling like crap, that's part of it. The pain will subside. Pain is just weakness leaving the body. :) Soon you'll be running marathons!</description>

     Just ran my first 3+ miles today. 3.30 miles in 35 minutes even. Burned 475 calories but felt like rat ass afterwards. It was a good rat ass feeling though. I was probably little more than meat with eyes towards the end and after my second wind had finished, but it was all worth it. One thing's for certain: So long as I keep this momentum up, running that far in that amount of time will never feel that bad again.</description>
