4 Miles, 39 Minutes, 11 Seconds
Not bad for not having ran in 2 weeks. Tiredness, a local bear scare, business and just plain laziness kept me from running these past two weeks, but I’m BACK baby!!! I changed my route a little bit. I don’t start running right away now. I take about .2 miles as a walking warm up. I also didn’t have to wait for the light to change when I started out, and I was finished before I got back to the light on my back. I know. I’m probably the only person who includes “waiting for the light to change” into his running times.
Still considering another try at the Hartford Marathon this October. We’ll see…
