		<description>2:14:24!!! You ROCK. You've come so far with the running. Congratulations. That is worthy of some celebration. Anytime you can shave that much time off of a PR is cause to celebrate. There are so many virtually meaningless days in our lives - take one like this, hold it up high, and use it as motivation for the next one! This is in the "best day ever" category.
