Merv Griffin: 1925-2007
Couldn’t not mention this. I was hardly a fan, but noone outside of those living in caves could escape watching Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy.
In an age where celebrities are awash in scandal and immorality, Merv appears to be one of those rare human beings, and an even rarer celebrity, about whom noone has anything bad to say.
Merv was from a bygone era; one that needs to come again soon.
