		<description>Oh boy, now I feel the pressure! Hopefully my advice is sound. For a break-through training distance, the extra rest is a good idea. If you come through with no problems, then I'd say just work the next one into your normal routine without the extra day of rest. Psychologically speaking, if Saturday goes well, you'll build awesome momentum for your upcoming training.
