		<description>If this is your first 20 miler of the year, I'd pass on the Friday run (and either do it on Thursday or not at all). For the run on Saturday, you might have ups and downs - stay hydrated, and don't get discouraged if you have low points along the way. I was down in the dumps at 14.5 on mine on Tuesday, but I rehydrated, drank some pepsi, ate a peach, and banged out the last 5. You might be walking at mile 12, but catch some energy and be cruising through miles 16-20.
