5 Miles: 50 Minutes, 55.5 Seconds

Trying to get back into the short runs this week. It’s ain’t easy. Ate some cereal with banana before heading out. My hips hurt when I got out of bed this morning, and running didn’t help any. Couldn’t even keep up the 10 minute mile. I swear my hips hurt more when it’s been rainy like it was yesterday and early today.
Tomorrow is another day, and another 5 miles.

Gonna run through the pain!

    Take 3 Advil before your run.

    If it’s any consolation, I haven’t seen a 10 minute mile in years.
