Crap.

Managed 10 miles today, but ended up walking for most of it :(

Also managed to get light sunburn in the process. :( :(

I’m pretty sure I sucked so bad today because I was running on a near empty stomach, and it was just too darn hot outside. Going to have to remember that on race day.
